You certainly appear to be harbouring some infection. There can always be some infection despite all tests being normal.
You should start yourself on t. Fluconazole 150 mg once daily for 5 days under the care of your doctor and you should improve. It sounds more like a fungal infection.

It oy happens when I ejaculate and the clear discharge comes out after. So would you rule out any thing to do with my prostate?
It does not appear to be doing anything with prostate.
I am not concerned about the sticky fluid but about the red spots that appear after intercourse.
You seem to be having local infection rather than prostate infection.
