I would request you to give some expert guidance in this strange case, as none of the doctors in my city are able to find out its root cause.

This is about my relative, who had a long history of stress, acidity and nausea with often vomiting in the morning only, to which he took a 2 years long treatment, until something strange started happening (might or might not be unrelated with these medicines)

Now, gradually his behavior has become increasingly weird (again, only in mornings). Every morning, he seems to become really restless, and some strange sound comes out of his mouth. It's like the thin "oooh ooo ooo" sound a dog or cat makes. Also, he often starts staring at family members with wide eyes, sometimes even fearing he might be dead soon. As the afternoon starts, he starts becoming normal, but many times that strange sound from his throat keeps on coming in intervals, even while speaking ... When he's in his normal self, he refuses to believe he has any psychological condition, and just says it's some kind of stomach disease which makes this sound come out.

We have tried consulting different doctors and different medicine systems (Allopathic, Homeopathic, Ayurvedic) and none seems to have helped.

Any pointers, guidance on what might it be, and how to get it treated? Whom to consult?

These were the medicines that he had been taking while he had only the stomach (and stress) symptoms: Rabonik Plus, Amitop Plus, Zenpride OD
