Resolved question:
I have myoclonus/ramsey hunt syndrome. im under prof whisman at Walton nuerological liverpoo. is there any help in usa for this condition which is degenerative and affects my lower limbs especially my left thigh muscle.

You are on appropriate medications, which would improve your symptoms.
Clonazepam reduces myoclonus, baclofen reduces spasticity, and gabapentin reduces spasms and neuropathic pains.
Your current doctor and neurology service seem to be doing a good job. So, I would recommend you to continue treatment there.
