There is slight swelling in the cheek and chin and tenderness
The pain is in the jaw joint and if I move it side ti side but not severe

With a previous history of parotid gland tumor, this definitely needs further investigations.
As of now, you need to be physically examined, as the swelling can be due to a sialolith, or part of an inflammation process and fibrosis. Parotid gland tumor recurrence is not very common, but still, I will advise you to visit your operating surgeon to get it examined.
