Tattoo removal is a minor procedure which usually does not lead to scars or complications. The time to heal will depend on the location and size of lesion. If the exercise does not involve a friction or excessive stretching of the area you can start doing exercise by 3 - 4 days.
Healing might take a week to be complete.

It is not as small as I expected. Still it should heal without any trouble. You can exercise in day 3 . Just make sure you are not stretching or putting pressure over (to avoid scarring). Wash off sweat in running water, keep dry afterwards.
