These internal haemorrhoids are best seen under Spinal or General anaesthesia. You should take high fiber diet, drink plenty of liquids, eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Your stool should be soft. If there is no response with these dietary measures, you should consult your Surgeon, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly. In my opinion, Anal dilatation should be done along with Haemorrhoid removal.Under anaesthesia, any other haemorrhoids which are not seen routinely can be visualised.They can also be removed in the same setting.
