Dear patient,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
The chest xray report that you have sent suggests a healed infection in right lung, one that was probably acquired during childhood.
Being in India, were tb is endemic(!) we assume that it was tb.
Tb as per your x ray is cured. No active intervention required for the same.
Feel free to discuss further,

Dear patient,
Regards from our team.
Can I know your age, occupation and duration of complaints?
How far could you walk earlier? And now how much could you walk, without discomfort? Do you have breathlessness at rest / routine activities?
What caused the chest irritation? Was it associated with any other symptoms like sweating?
Does the pain radiate to shoulder / chin or neck?
Please answer so that we may be able to help you better.
Regards,
