Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
The reports show that there is high level of the hormone testosterone which can lead to increased amounts of coarse hair growth on the body, particularly on the chin, face etc.
You need to have some more tests.
First is a pelvic ultrasound scan done transvaginally on day 2 of your cycle to rule out PCOS - polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Are your periods regular ?
What is your age ?
If you are diagnosed with PCOS - treatment options mainly are - weight loss, Metformin, and OC pills.
If there is no PCOS, then antiandrogen agents ( Aldactone ) will be mainly used.
Do not worry,as this condition is treatable.
If you can afford it, laser hair removal is a great and permanent solution.
All the best
PLease feel free to discuss further.
Regards.

Hi
It is essential to get the scan done to diagnose PCOS.
In your case, it can be done transrectally.
Abdominal scan will provide no information.
Please don't take these tablets, they will be of no help.
Please start Aldactone / Metformin if the investigations indicate.
Take care.
