In continuation with your other questions -
As I said, the sperm count is good.
The motility and sperm morphology are slightly less optimum, but not a contraindication for fertility.
You can opt for IUI ( intra uterine insemination ) to give maximum chances of pregnancy.
Also, the scan seems to be indicative of cysts, rather than follicles, as the size is quite big.
Only further monitoring will show whether they go on to rupture or form follicular cysts.
