There are two sets of lesions, in the picture, in the upper side of glans there is pigmentation and there is a pimple like lesion on the lower side.
They seem to be either due to recurrence of lichen planus or yeast infection.
I would recommend application of clotrimazole cream twice a day to take care of the yeast infection.
If still you don't get relief, then the treatment for lichen planus needs to be restarted.

The pictures suggest that it's lichen planus most likely.
Hence I would recommend that you restart the treatment of lichen planus. It would take a few weeks for the treatment to resolve the lesions.

It was long back when i had taken the treatment for lichen planus and dont have the documents to restart the treatment.So i request you to give priscription for the same.
