Hello
Thank for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have gone through your question in detail and I can understand what you are going through.
I agree that you have a hypochondriasis disorder and hypochondriasis is a neurotic disorder. Its true that you have delusion like idea of having an illness, but the delusions in schizophrenia are very bizzare. For schizophrenia there is a complete diagnostic criteria. Now that you are ill since these many years, if at all there was chance for you to develop schizophrenia, it would have developed by now.
Infact even depression and ADHD causes changes in the levels of dopamine in the blood. Now that doesnt mean that all those who have depression or ADHD have chances to develop schizophrenia.
Your anxiety and doubts are understandable as you have hypochondriasis, but please try to understand that schizophrenia is an all together different diagnosis and you certainly dont have one. You seem to have good improvement with venlafaxine and you can even add fluvoxamine along with venlafaxine to get even better results.
Hope this helps,
If you have any additional queries, do let me know.
Kind regards

And after 30 it is possible to woman... is it correct sir? If it is , my age criteria is over? Sir its for getting a confidance.. thanku sir again
Hello,
Thanks for the follow-up question.
Yes it is right. Males develop schizophrenia early where as women develop it late mostly after 30 years. You are out of your risky and common age of presentation of schizophrenia. You can be confident about that.
