Resolved question:
I had been repeatedly treated for gonorrhea and chlamydia despite test results showing negative. It was eventually uncovered that I had Staph. a. so I was treated for that.
Not long after completing treatment the discharge returned without pain or inflammation so my doctor did a digital examination of my prostate and concluded that it would be reasonable to treat for prostatitis as my latest culture only tested with a high white blood cell count.
It has been two weeks since I completed a six week long series of ciprofloxacin and the milky discharge is back.
what could this be if not the usual suspects (STI's) and no tested sign of bacteria?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have read the reports thoroughly. Here are some terms which I want to explain you-
Disc hyper trophy means enlargement of disc, disc protrusion means outpouching of part of disc, protrusion with broad stalk means broad based disc.
Spondylosis is degeneration phenomenon which occur In Spine with some features like growth of extra bone ,thickening of bone, hardening of bone.this extra bone may impinge on nerves exiting from central cord in our spine. This may lead to symptoms in our parts of body where that nerve is supplying.
In your case there is involvement of vertebrae with spondylosis at cervical no 2,3. 3,4 4,5 &5,6.There is also broad disc prolapse at l5 & sacral 1 vertebrae.
The most pronounced changes are seen at cervical 3 &4 vertebrae and then at c 5 & 6 vertebrae. Here the disc prolapse is large at c3-4 and compressing at exiting nerve more on right side then left and pressing at central level. There is compression at l5-s1 level but it is not a major one.
Hope this all will help you.
Regards.
