Age is 28 years. Having the problem since 3 months. Consulted a local doctor who diagnosed it to b urinary infection and gave antibiotics. But the problem persists. Not sexually active yet. Mostly will have a burning sensation while urinating even without erection. There will be light discharge after everytime I have erection. No swelling but will have severe pain in testicals. Will find it difficult even to walk during then.
Dear sir
You seem to be sitting from prostatitis. Prostatitis is infection in prostate gland and diagnosis is confirmed by rectal examination by urologist.
The treatment involves alpha blockers and antibiotics.
You should see a urologist and plan your treatment.
Feel free to discuss further,

I had already consulted a urologist, got scrotal scanning done. I was also given antibiotics. They gave momentary relief but the situation now is back to square one. I was hoping to get some solution from you.
Dear sir,
Prostatitis is a clinical diagnosis and your symptoms suggest that you have it but you still need rectal examination.
In prostatitis the antibiotics need to be given for at least 4 weeks and alpha blockers for months together. Prostatitis typically has waxing and waning course and symptoms can reappear by themselves after few months.
You need to see a doctor and go on long term treatment. Sometimes urologists prefer a 8-12 weeks course of antibiotics for recurrent prostatitis. The recommended treatment is Tab. Cotrimoxazole ( TMP-SMX ) twice daily for 8-12 weeks, depending on the severity.
Take care
Sincerely
