I would like some clarification and additional information from you so that I can provide my best learned opinion.
1. You mean to say that the pea size swelling is probably a lymph node, and is not present on other side rigt ? Or are there two swelling in behind the jaw ?
2. For how long these swellings (the one in armpit and the one in neck) is there ?
3. Is there any history of cough / fever / wounds / similar swellings / any other significant symptoms ?
4. Are the swellings painful ? Are they easily movable ?

Patient replied :
There are 2 swellings behind the jaw on the left and none on the right. The swelling that is hard is very small smaller than pea and lymph node below that is soft and movable.
I'm not sure how long neck swelling has been there but armpit about 1 year soft and movable.
No other symptoms.

All the there swellings (including the small one) are possibly lymph nodes. As you might be aware that lymph nodes are normal glands which can enlarge during infection and inflammation. Few enlarged nodes can be normal in most of the cases.
Also since you have the arm pit swelling for a year without much symptoms are enlargement it is probably not significant.
HOWEVER you will need to undergo a physical examination by your Doctor and a basic blood test to make sure everything is alright. During the physical examination your Doctor will look for enlargement at any other site.
A complete blood count and peripheral smear test may be required.
