Hello,
Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
You could be anemic.
Along with that you could have some deficiency in platelets and clotting factors that leads to easy bruisability.
You should be seeing a Physician right away.
Please get a complete blood count and bleeding and clotting factor assay done.
That should reveal a diagnosis.
Also, are you on any kind of hormones / medications ?
What is your height and weight ?
Please write back with these details.
Take care.
Looking forward to hearing from you.

thanks
Hello,
Leukemia is a possibility, but a very rare one.
One isolated episode of menorrhagia, and bruising does not warrant leukemia as the first diagnosis.
Please get the tests done and let me know,
Regards.
