Thanks for the additional information.
Pain in the right lower abdomen can occur due to appendicitis, mesentric lymphadenitis, urinary tract infection, right colon issues, ureteric stone and musculoskeletal pain.
Since appendix has been removed already we have to look for other causes mentioned above.
An ultrasound scan/ CT scan and an urinalysis may be done.
You are also constipated. Constipation again can cause lower abdominal discomfort.
Take high fiber diet that includes vegetables and fruits., fiber supplements and drink enough fluids for good bowel movements.
