It seems that you are suffering from asymptomatic bactiruria with cystitis.
Asymptomatic bactiruria is a condition in which the bacterial count is not high enough to be termed as UTI but there is slight increase in the bacterial count. It may accompany mild symptoms like difficulty in urinating, supra pubic pain etc.
I would recommend the following-
1)Continue taking urine culture and count to check if the count increases and hence may require antibiotics
2)Asymptomatic bactiruria does not require antibiotic treatment but if the symptoms worsen you can start on Tab, ciprofloxacin 500 mg thrice a day. Ciprofloxacin is sometimes associated with photosensitivity, so it's advisable to use sun screen if you go out.
3)If there is rise in temperature, abdominal cramps or diarrhea, consult a physician as it might be sepsis. This might require intravenous antibiotics.
4)Take tab. Tylenol or tab. ibuprofen to reduce the inflammation and to reduce the irritation.
5)Eat a good balanced diet with good portion of proteins carbohydrates and vitamins. Consume diet rich in green leafy vegetables and milk. This will help in improving the immunity of the body
Thank you.
