Well I did feel slight discomfort while urinating, which is what prompted my concern. I had a Dr. look at my penis and run tests and he thinks everything looks fine.
My Leukocyte Esterase would be abnormal if I did have an STI correct?
Yes leukocyte esterase would be abnormal, you would show symptoms such as burning while peeing, urethral discharge, e.t.c
From the reports, there is no question of STI at all.
