Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Uneven distribution of fat at times occurs in people who work out. For example, suppose your left side is stong and you're working out, the muscles get heavier on the left side and push the fat out, making the left side more flabbier. Even without working out, sometimes that is the case, and can be corrected.
I will advise you to post a picture, so that visually i can judge if something can be made out. Do you have any history of working out? What is your current height and weight?
Regards.

I tried to upload some of videos but couldnt due to size constraint, Please tell me from which angle i should take pictures and of which part of body.
I dont work out but some years i used to do some warm up exercises and some hanging exercise and some push ups but did it for a very short time as i used to get tired.
My height is around 5'7" to 5'8". I am not aware of my weight but i am very thin and it may be around 55
Hello,
Thank you for your follow up and the pictures you have sent across.
From the pictures you have sent, I cannot differentiate a difference between the contours of your left and right side of your waist. In fact I would like to reassure you that the shape of your waist appears symmetrical and scaphoid the way it does for all Asians. However your concern is that your jeans feel tighter on your left side and food appears to deposit more to the left. Our stomach is located more so centrally with a major bulge occupying the left side of the body so it coincides with your description. But it is still a concern why you are accurately able to tell where your food is traveling.
To address that I would like you to use a measuring tape to measure the circumference of both arms (just above your elbow) and both thighs (mid portion of thighs) and reply if there is a difference. The measurement will help me understand, whether one side of your body is actually growing disproportionately (as you descrivbe left more than right). Aso do you have any weakness one one side versus the other?
Also aside from the tight feeling of your clothes, are you experiencing any disturbing symptoms? For example abdominal pain or weakness on one side of the body? Do you have any significant family or past medical history we should be aware of?
I look forward to your reply

Sir I think it would be better if i consult doctor in physical, so can you tell me which particular specialist should i refer to?
Hello,
Yes that is the right decision.
You should meet a cosmetic and plastic surgeon, who can help you.
All the best!
Regards.
