I can understand your problem, and will try to help you the best possible
One sided nasal obstruction can be caused by various diseases(most commonly nasal polyp, nasal allergy, hypertrophy of turbinate of nose). To treat we should get correct diagnosis.
Because it is present for 2 years we should do investigation including Rigid nasal endoscopy (Direct examination of nasal cavity with endoscopic camera, can be done by local ENT doctor) and CT scan of paranasal sinuses.
If nasal endoscopy is not possible, you can do only CT scan of paranasal sinuses (coronal cuts), it will be adequate. If you can scan the CT Film and can mail me again it will help in getting correct diagnosis, and i will able to guide regarding treatment.
