Thank you for using Ask a Doctor service from Doctor spring.
I can understand your problem. It can be helped with appropriate treatment. To initiate a proper treatment a thorough physical examination is required by a paediatric endocrinologist. After a thorough examination , the physician might ask for few blood tests and radiological examination to determine bone age and hormonal level evaluation.
Do not worry, it can be treated. In some there will be a delay in puberty normally upto an age of 18 also, but I wouldn't recommend you to wait till that time. If there is an underlying problem, it can be treated with hormonal therapy .
Hope this helps. feel free to ask if you have any further questions.
Thank you.
