Hello
Thank you for your query at doctorspring.com
Your ecg shows minor changes like biphasic T waves in lateral leads. Also the R wave in leads III aVF V1 V2 is not clear but still is visible on careful observation. QT interval is borderline. If you do not have any significant history of heart attacks in the past or any chest pain or hypertension presently then I would label this ecg as within normal limits.

Dear Sir,
Thank you for your reply, there is no history of heart attack, the only prolonged problem has been asthma by birth and from past 3 months there is continuous cough and at the same time x-ray are clear.
What should i do?

Hello,
Your cough could be related to asthma. If it is associated with wheezing sound then cough is more likely to be due to asthma. Normal xray with cough seems to be non cardiac. So if you don't have chest pain or breathlessness on exertion then ignore the ecg.
