Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
No this does not look like any STD or herpes. Rather it does look like the skin is irritated due to rough masturbation.
If you avoid masturbation for a few days it will be okay.
Is there any itching or discharge?
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
Patient replied :
There is no discharge or itching, I did mastebate 4-5 times this week and my penis was very dry afterwards and maybe during (no lubrication used), but I ignored it each time and showered afterwards. I finally noticed this morning that it looked like this. Should I show you pictures in a few days to make sure with a follow up?
Also, could the little bumps be from the friction aswell?
Hello,
Yes, it looks be due to friction.
Kindly follow-up in a couple of days, as it should settle down by then.
You can apply Calamine lotion for quicker recovery.
Regards.

Hi Doctor, I took an std test last week and everything was normal. Although now it appears that the shaft is cut. Should i put neosporin on this part?

Hello,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Yes, you should apply Neosporin or Mupirocin and avoid any kind of masturbation or sexual intercourse till the cuts resolve completely.
Regards.
Patient replied :
Theres a spot that appears to be inflammed, should I also just put Neosporin on that aswell? Also on the tip of the penis there appears to be small red bumps, how could I get these to vanish?(The picture attached there is neosporin already applyed making it shinier than usual.)

There are tiny petechiae on the glans.
Calamine can be used on the penis head, it does not cause any side effects. However, I will first advise you to continue using the Neosporin or Mupirocin for another 3 days. If the symptoms persist you can apply Hydrocortisone ointment in addition to the antibiotic.
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
