Hey doc i recently think i had unprotected sex with a prostitute of what i can remember, i am currently in thailand on holidays , i went too a local clinic where i took a early detection hiv test , it came up negative but they have given me a months worth of pep to take , is this a bit over the top ,
It could take 6 months for hiv to show up right ? Does this mean i will have to take this medicine for 6 months or was the early detection test accurate enough ?

I went through your reports. It seems your MRI is normal except for the mullerian cyst. You could meet surgeon for his opinion regarding biopsy or surgical removal. I personally do not think that as metastases. However, pathology report is the final one.
Regarding the sexual health, after radiation, vagina will appear to shrink and needs constant dilatation with estrogen cream application. I am not sure if ovaries were included in the radiation field over 25-30# fractions , in which case it would stop functioning. You can discuss this with your doctor, clarify your doubts again and talk to your future life partner.
