I am 5' 3" 120lbs. I don't think there is anyone heart disease in my family. My chest pain is usually at rest but sometimes at maximum exertion as well. The duration has been increasing sometimes I'll have it for an hour or so multiple times a day sometimes accompanied by pain in my hands or fingers. I used to exercise a lot buy I don't now except for at work where I have to walk a lot. My food habits have been pretty bad. A lot of sugars a lot of saturated fats. But I've recently (last month or so) have eliminated most sugars from my diet because I wasn't feeling well. My last blood test indicated that my thyroid is normal. I don't think I have diabetes. I didn't have a lipid profile done. Sorry. I have a picture of my last blood test I'll send it to you.
Going through your history, the chest pain described doesn't appears typically related to heart , but in view of your life style it has to be ruled out by doing a Tread Mill .Definitely Acid Peptic Disease has to be ruled out.
Your Sleep test has some episodes of desaturation which definitely has to be evaluated further by pulmonologist.
I would to see your lipid profile report.
There has to change in your life style like reduction of saturated oils and to eat plenty of green vegetables and also fruits.
Walk at least 4 to 5 km per day at least 5 days in a week.
