Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
I checked all your reports, and your blood parameters are fine, there are minor variations, however nothing alarming.
What is alarming is though the fact that your creatinine is elevated and the eGFR is significantly low. That could partly be because you have one functioning kidney, however the creatinine is significantly high, and i will suggest a follow up with the nephrologist regarding the same. Creatinine is a waste product and if it keeps accumulating in the serum, it will cause a generalized ill feeling. So you need a follow up with him, regarding your creatinine values. Meanwhile keep drinking adequate water, the more water you drink, the more chances of creat getting excreted.
Also your eGFR is high, so the filtration is not adequate in the kidney, again indicating that the metabolites are accumulating. That could be the main reason why you are not feeling well.
Regarding CRP, it is clear that you had inflammatory episode, with flaring up of psoriasis, and the CRP levels go up during any kind of inflammatory condition in the body like lupus, tuberculosis, or psoriasis. You can take an anti inflammatory like Tab. Advil 2 times a day with food, this will reduce the inflammation and gradually the values will com down.
As of now you need to review your reports with a nephrologist, and discuss about the creatinine and eGFR values.
Hope this was helpful,
Please feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
