Little pimples, bumps on penis glans with burning sensation.

Resolved Question:

For last 4 months i have noticed little pimples or bumps top of the penis glans part. I have burning pain sometimes. Not all the time …but a burning pain happens during the day sometimes. I got tested for STD and HIV 2 months ago. Everything was negative, but doctor told me I might have fungal skin infection so she gave me medication called NYSTATIN-TRIAMCINOLONE cream. Which I applied on GLANS for 15 days. It killed the burning pain, but its back again and I am also worried about these little pimples or bumps on top of the penis head (glans part). Please let me know what should I do…see attached for pictures.

Hello

Thanks for posting your query at DoctorSpring.com
I can understand your concern.

You seem to be having allergic contact dermatitis. I would recommend application of cortisone cream mixed with Mupirocin cream twice a day for two weeks. It doesn't seem to be a fungal infection.

Allergic contact dermatitis could be secondary to using a condom or using a lubricant.

Please let me know if you have any queries.
Take care

Hello

Thanks for your reply.

Cortisone cream is over the counter. Mupurocin cream will need a prescription.

Thanks

Hello,
Unfortunately, this being an online forum, we are not allowed legally to provide prescriptions.
For Mupirocin, you need to visit your local physician.
And yes, the other cortisone cream is fine.
Regards.
