In none of the pictures you shared, the actual part of the bump is properly visible. I can see a little white bump, but can't see it clearly.
Kindly try to share a higher resolution image of the same.
Also, it is common in people with braces because of friction when the lip comes in contact with the braces. Mostly it disappears on its own, or metrogyl ointment can be applied to treat it.
