Hello. Thanks for posting your query at Doctorspring.com
I understand your concern. From your history, i feel at times you're experiencing some kind of numbness in your left leg. When you experience numbness, due to loss of sensation, it can affect your movements too. This can be a common manifestation of Vitamin B12 deficiency. ( can be common in vegetarians ) So there is nothing to worry about. You can improve your diet by including more of green leafy vegetables, more cereals in your diet, eggs ( if you take eggs- they are the best source ), more of dairy products like more of milk, yoghurt, and cottage cheese. The problem with B12 is it is abundant in meat, which you don't consume. However, include the items in mentioned and also take Tab. Cobazinc / Tab. A to Z, once daily before sleeping ( they are multivitamin supplements ) for around a month.
As of tests right now you don't need any. But just to be on the safer side and also to reduce your anxiety, its better if you can get an X- Ray of your left leg, and Venous Doppler of both legs, if the symptoms don't resolve.
Hope this is helpful,
Regards

Hello.
Thank you for your response.
If you feel one leg is shorter than the other one, please get the limb lengths compared by an orthopedic.
The burning in the sole indicates peripheral nerve dysfunction. This can occur due to Vitamin B12 deficiency. This condition is completetly treatable with Vitamin B12 supplements and nothing to worry.

You can take tablet. COBAZINC or capsule. A to Z or capsule. Becosules, once everyday for 3-6 months. This will take care of the deficiency and provide you relief.
Let me know if I can assist you any further.

Regards.
