Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
Since all the tests have been normal such as ECG, TMT, and ECHO, the chest pain and the back pain seems to be muscular in origin. If this was due to cardiac or pulmonary cause it would have showed up in the reports. Probably the posture at your work place is not proper, or the way you sleep, something is causing this muscular pain.
Have you tried any medicines for the pain?
You mentioned burning sensation. Other frequent cause of such unexplained chest pain is GERD, where often the only symptom is acid reflux. I will advise you a course of Cap. Omeprazole 20 mg twice daily for 2 weeks, once at morning before breakfast and once in the evening. Also, try to stick to a plain bland diet for the next 2 weeks, and avoid non vegetarian or spicy food. The TG levels have to come down, significantly or else the chances of stroke will increase.
Hope this was helpful,
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.

Note from InHouse Physician : This consult is over a month old now, and will be closed.
However, the specialist did make an exception for you and replied.
' Your cholesterol levels are high. You need to bring it down by diet modification as advised before. Also, your vitamin d levels are low. So you can talk to your family physician and he can suggest a vitamin d course for you. Others are fine, nothing major to worry about. '
Regards.
