Hello,
I am not sure what I suggested last time, but I think it was the following:
1) Tab. Cefixime 200 mg twice daily for 2 weeks
2) Tab. Montelukast 10 mg once daily at bedtime for 2 weeks.
Regards.

Yes, in absence of physical examination this is the best I can do.
Try to get the medicines if possible.

dear dr many thanks for nice letter. i will try my best to get the pills you said. i went to the dentist today and had two more teeth out. becasue i had a bad taste in my mouth. the dentist was nice to me. i hope my health starts to improve and it gets rid of the cold feelings inside my chest if the bad teeth were the cause. i hope so. kind regards polly :)
Hopefully Polly.
But try to get the medicines too.
Regards.

dear dr many thanks for nice letter. i woke up today and the cold slimy feeling inside my chest is till there. i am so dissapointed and unhappy. if this is gastric reflux like one dr said and if gastric reflux gets into your lungs can it casue a infection inside your lungs?
Gastric reflux does not get inside lungs.
It can cause irritation to the lung walls causing coughing.
