The best treatment for it would be application of aldara cream.
You will need a prescription for it from your doctor.

The warts are caused by the hpv virus. They are usually transmitted in the anal area by having an anal intercourse with an infected person.
The treatment would resolve them. You will need a prescription for the aldara cream.
