Surprisingly,my answer would be - these are NOT genital warts in all probability.
In about 1 % of women, there is a condition called vestibular / vulvar papillomatosis.
Numerous small plaques are present over the vulva and vestibule , commonly mistaken for genital warts.
These are benign and harmless and need no treatment at all.
However, the final diagnosis and differentiation from warts can be made only by a formal skin biopsy, so please get that done.
