Hello. My wife is passing blood in urine and suddenly is having to pass urine every 15 mins. She was perfectly normal until evening but since midnight is passing lot of blood in urine and is unable to sleep with irritation in vaginal area. Kindly advise any temporary relief.

The symptoms that your wife is having are that of a urinary tract infection for sure, and maybe accompanying vaginal infection too.
Such infection generally needs an antibiotic, and you should have a complete urine examination routine and microscopic and a urine culture test plus a vaginal swab to diagnose the exact type of infection, and to know which drug will cure it.
Temporarily, ask her to drink a lot of water.
She can apply cold compresses to the vaginal area , it is best not to self medicate without the reports.
Also, immediately see a doctor and get the tests done so that the treatment can be started as early as possible.
