From the images that you sent, it does look like parasite.
Since you have already given your stool for O&P test, it is better you take a course of albendazole/ mebendazole.
Even your symptoms are suggestive of a parasite infestation.

Would it be better to get a parasite type confirmation first as, say it is a pig parasite I could have the larvae? I hav felt some pressure on my left of head near ear and I've had it for roughly a month now. I had a CT without contrast done for my sinuses as a ENT dr saw my sinuses were inflamed so he ordered this. Simple brain scan fine.
If it come back as positive for tapeworm, should I be seeing infectios disease specialist or a Gastro? my insurance kicks in on the 1st. Say I do have the cysts, I haven't had a seizure yet...would I be ok waiting till after first or its critical to get on one diagnosed. I seem to be having a mass infection bc I noticed 3 more in mucus stool Thank you for your help!

You can prophylactically take the medicines i advised, since you already have given your stool for examination.
It definitely looks like a parasite,mostly a tapeworm, but the results will give a conclusive picture.
Based on the results, I can advise you further.
Regarding the pressure, it is probably due to the inflamed sinuses. I don't think it has anything to do with cysts since the CT BRAIN was normal.
You should consult a medical gastro who is the best doctor for your condition.
