HOLTER MONITER results with SUPRACLAVICULAR AORTIC STENOSIS.

Resolved Question:

I am wondering what these holter monitor results might indicate.
Medical information possibly related:
Connective tissue disorder (pending genetic testing for ehlers danlos syndrome) but negative for loeyz diets and marfan syndrome. Severe pectus excavatum upper and lower haller index 5.6.

Daughter was born with supravalvular aortic stenosis and pulmonary stenosis, which developed coronary stenosis prompting much awaited surgery november 2014, with many complications resulted in bovine graft on aorta and several strokes (12 hour surgery).

My symptoms relating to the holter monitor are tachycardia, fluctuating low blood pressure, dizziness, fatigue, shortness of breath, headaches, chest pain. Some symptoms are daily, but some weekly. Seems to be not much rhyme or reason behind. For example, the latest was after I had sat on the floor coloring. Another is while applying mascara.

Hello
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
The Holter examination is not showing any arrhythmia which correlates with your symptoms. Except for sinus tachycardia there is no significant rhythm abnormality when you complain of symptoms. You should check your hemoglobin and thyroid function test to rule out causes of sinus tachycardia. Anxiety can be another cause. While climbing stairs you have shortness of breath.
This is accompanied with ecg changes. I am not aware of your age, hypertension and diabetes status smoking alcohol and oc pill status. So I am not able to comment on the significance of these exertional st segment depression in your ecg. Kindly provide the same details and I will get back to you,

Regards
