Hello and thankyou for approaching DoctorSpring with your query.
I have gone through your case and understand your concern.
I have looked up the ingredients and there have been no interactions mentioned with fluoxetine.
However these are herbal products, and they may be safe over a short period of time. But there is not sufficient data to say they are safe for long term use, nor is there sufficient data about their effectiveness. There is no sufficient data on their interactions with other medications too.
Hence I would advise you not to take this product as you cannot be sure as to what side effects it may lead too.
Instead I would advise you to go for a brisk walk for 20minutes to an hour for 5 days a week. or get involved in outdoor sports.
In addition control your diet by eating healthy and avoid foods high in fat, and sugars.
The exercise itself will make you feel better on a whole.
I hope this has helped.
Feel free to follow up.
Thankyou
