Dear Patient, Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com I have gone through the history given by you , The probable cause here seems to be frequent premature ventricular beats so following the premature beats , the heart beat will be heavy and is exaggerated in thin built patients. I would like these investigations to be done 1 Baseline 12 lead ECG 2 Chest x ray pa view 3 Haemoglobin. 4 echo cardiography If the ecg shows frequently premature ventricular beats you will require holter monitoring. . I would see with the above reports, so kindly get back to me, once you have them. Regards Dr Satish |

Dear Sir, In the question, I mentioned about the Heavy Beats but I could feel them only that evening and next morning. I started going gym the day before, i felt the beats. But following your advice Doctor, I have gone for the Tests, Will update the reports shortly. Till then, I have another major concern to share, the midline scar after the Surgery is still very prominent and raised out. It is more prominent in the Lower part of the Chest and less prominent on the Upper Part. I am regularly applying Mederma & Bio-Oil. But the Scar is not improving the way it should. kindly Suggest meQ. What should i do to make it normal as early as possible ?Q. What is the normal time it takes to become thin white line as visible in the older people.?Q. Can i get it tatooted without any side-effect as I got a Out-door lifestyle, Its depressing how the scar is prominent after 1 Year also. Regards
From your history given by you it suggest that you developed a keloid over the site of surgery which may not disappear with any medication , but definitely you can visit a dermatologist for local injection of steroids or cryotherpy which can reduce the size of the scar/keloid
