Hearing blood flow, numb arm and leg. PARANOID?

Resolved Question:

I am a 25 year old female and for the past 6 months have been experiencing the following symptoms:
-Hear blood flow in right ear
-Left arm and leg go numb - feels like no blood flow, pins and needles, then aches - this mostly happens when I lay down or if I sit in one position too long
-Lips and tip of tongue will go numb/prickly
-Last night- awoke from sleep feeling as if I had been hanging upside down -- I was laying on back, whole left side of body felt numb again, vision felt grainy, felt like all of blood had rushed to my head
-Lots of heart palpitations- especially when I lay on my left side

I have been to my PCP and a neurologist over past 6 months with following tests/results:
-PCP did a blood flow test and said it was "borderline" on left side and "almost borderline" on right side--though did not recommend any treatment or explain a cause-- told me I was too young to worry about it.
-All blood tests came back normal
-Stress test result normal
-Neurologist- MRI scan of neck (about 6 months ago), results normal

My question:
-I continue to experience significant symptoms that are scary, especially last night. However, my health insurance expired last month. Are these symptoms something I need to continue to worry about and seek immediate attention (despite not having insurance)? Or am I being paranoid and can wait until I can afford a new insurance plan?

Hello,
Thank you for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I understand your concern.
It is not possible to have a lumpy feeling secondary to trapped gas in the tummy. Mostly because all the gas is trapped inside the intestine till it comes out, and the intestine is a very big organ, so such lumps due to gas can't be felt.
The stomach only appears a little distended following a heavy meal, and that is more of a generalised feeling of fullness. There is no such particular spot, which gets distended even in this case.
So in order to find out what this lump exactly is, I will advise you to get an Ultrasound whole abdomen done, which can explain the origin of the lump. Please do not worry as this does not likely to be anything serious in absence of any other symptoms.
Feel free to discuss further,
Regards.
