From the picture it seems to be folliculitis which is a bacterial infection of the hair follicle. However it wouldn't be constantly present since a year, it can be present on n off. Has it been persistently present since a year?
The treatment would be application of neosporin or mupirocin cream twice a day for a week.

Yeah but the biggest darkest bump has been there over a year and is hard like a b.bs in there

It doesn't seem to be anything else though. At times chronic folliculitis can present as a hard lesion.
I would recommend application of mupirocin cream.
