Itching burning heat boil near vagina and humid environ

This is for my freind.

Since 10 days she noticed something look like heat boil near her vagina. Couple of days before she cleaned pubic hair and noticed it clearly. Today when she took a picture of it, it looked different. What she was thinking, it could be pimple. She used to get pimple like boil often and it get cured naturally.

She says she feel itching and burning sensation.

I am uploading the picture also. Please check what it is and prescribe the medicine. Please note we are from India. The place she stays has high temperature now.
