Hello,

I have reviewed the medical details and files. Your father has a stroke caused by blockage of the artery in brain. From a Cardiology standpoint his heart function is normal Glad to know that he has recovered. There is no need for any further complex treatment. Take the drugs as prescribed (which includes aspirin) . Main thing to do is make sure that his Diabetes to be under good control. Since he is taking Diatab I assume he is Diabetic. Blood pressure if high need to be kept controlled too. It seems he has received the right care (with the avialable reports)

His Echo and stress test is normal. If you plan to fly for treatment purpose I do not think there is any need as of now. Moreover he might not be fit for travel. What you need is find a good Physician / Internist at your place,as he will require life long treatment for his Diabetes.

Hope everything is clear.
Please let me know if you need clarifications.
Thank you
