Hello,
Thank You for your query at DoctorSpring.com
I have extensively reviewed all your reports, and all of them are normal, ( eosinophils mildly elevated at one place, suggestive mostly of allergies ), and your x ray suggests bronchitis.
You have already 2 course of antibiotics and they have not been helpful.
Did you get a sputum AFB done? It is important because such persistent fever along with lymph node swellings, it is better to get sputum AFB evaluated.
The severe allergy that you are experiencing could also be leading to the shortness of breath, since allergies can lead on to bronchoconstriction. For your allergies i can siggest the medicine, however an examination by a dermatologist will be helpful. I will advise you to take Tab. Allegra 180 mg once daily for 5 days. If it does not resolve, you need a dermatology opinion.
Regarding your symptoms, i will advise you get a sputum AFB done. You have already tried two sets of antibiotics and giving you further antibiotics won't make much sense. Once you have the reports you can get back to me.
Regards.
