I can understand your concern.
You have fungal infection called tinea. It's also called ringworm. It's caused in conditions of heat and humidity. It needs to be treated or it will keep spreading.
Application of lamisil cream will be helpful. It has to be applied twice a day for two weeks. There is no home remedy for a fungal infection. You will need to apply the cream.

and will it spread to scrotum and penis ? because they are near to it and scrotum and penis keep on touching that ringworm.
and what precaution should I take for future so that it won't happen again ?

As i told you earlier, apply Lamisil Cream as it is supposed to be very effective in treating your condition.
Also you can take Tab. Fluconazole 150 mg one single dose.
Remember the main cause of fungal infection is poor local hygiene, less air leading to more moist areas ( scrotum ). It can spread to the scrotum and other areas. Hence please start treatment as soon as possible.
