Using solar belt doesn't affect brain in any way, however I would advise you to involve yourself in more physical exercise and limit the use of solar belt. Neoprene, an insulating material, increases sweating. A solar belt may increase water weight loss around the waist because it prevents heat loss by insulating the area.
