I understand your concern.
HIV is only transferred through sexual intercourse ( anal/ vaginal ). Oral sex has a very low incidence, more of a theoretical possibility. Other ways are through contaminated blood products, peri natal transmission from mother to the child, by sharing infected needles. HIV can't be spread through a hand job, there has to be exchange of fluids for it to be spread.
Since your 4th generation test came out to be negative, there is absolutely no need to worry about HIV anymore. 4th generation test is 99 percent sensitive and is positive by the 3rd week. So you dont have HIV.
