Resolved question:
I would like my 1st ultrasound looked at. It looks nothing like my friends or my 3 sons 1st sono. Oddly enough my doctor didn't say much. I have to wait till February 9th for my 2nd sonogram/ultrasound. I didn't get a hcg test either. Lol actually no tests were run till after the ultrasound was done. Please look at my ultrasound and tell me what you see and think p k ease. I'm now 17weeks 4days w not much to go on.

At how many weeks was this sonogram done ?
Unfortunately this single image provides no information to me.
A sonogram is done in 3 D, multiple images are taken in real time.
This is a frozen section of just one image in 2D.
You need to upload all images and the report as well, for me to make sense of it !

6 weeks 4days. That and these two sonogram pics is all I know. He told me nothing more. Basically I wanted to know what the other mass is. Just because it doesn't seem to look like any yolks we've seen. Is it one baby or two? The only tests he ran was drug screen(negative), std(was negative) & tsh. Which tsh was 5.17 and I'm already on 112mcg levothyroxin, he raised my dose to 125mcg. My birthday date is wrong in the ultrasound. I wasn't born 2014 lol but 1982.
THe images are totally unclear.
I cannot say anything in the absence of more information.
THat said you are now around 17 - 18 weeks, so all should be well.
First trimester scans are difficult to interpret for a layperson, much of what is seen looks fuzzy and different.

Do you see on or two babies? I knew how far along I was. I know this has been a healthy pregnancy. I can't give more information. I was wondering about one or two babies. You didn't give me any actual answer. You relayed info given. W this being my 4th pregnancy and all 3 prior we healthy and easy, I only had one question. What is the other mass is there one or two babies? I'm repeating the question over and over so I might get you to see it and answer it.

As I mentioned, it is very difficult to say that from the scan that you have provided.
We do need to wait for a few more weeks and the repeat scan will help better.
I will keep the consult open for you and once you have a scan after a month and I will guide you further.
Please do understand that any gynaecologist at this point won't be able too guide you with the information you have provided till now.
