Didn’t get periods, negative pregnancy test. Still pregnant?

Hello doctors, I'm poornima satish and I had my regular periods till last month correctly but this month November I dint get my periods and it's three days past that day, I had taken a pregnancy test today afternoon around 2pm it showed me negative... am I still pregnant..., the symptoms I recognized so far is I have sneezing cold and frequent urination and my tongue has lost its taste I can't feel taste of any food....plz help me
