These lesions look like angiokeratoma. Angiokeratomas are benign elevated skin lesions made of dilated blood vessels. These can be easily treated by cauterising the lesions. Angiokeratomas are not sexually transmitted.These may bleed on mild trauma.
Another possibility could be genital warts. It is a sexually transmitted infection. It can be treated by electrocautery, cryotherapy, topical application of imiquimod/ podophyllotoxin/ fluoro uracil etc.
These two conditions can easily be differentiated by clinical examination. So it is advisable that you meet a doctor nearby for proper examination and appropriate treatment.
