Cough, cold after DIALYSIS for CKD. TREATMENT.

sir i am T1D patient since 1999 and i have ckd problem too and kidney creatinine level is now 11 and my doctor ask for kidney transplant as soon as possible and he also recommend for insulin pump to control my bloodsugar so i wanna to know what should i do first buy insulin pump first or transplant kidney first.sir my blood sugar is also high mostly and whenever it goes low my blood sugar moniter shows lower as 40 to 50 and higher as 300 to 400 but mostly sugar level is near 200 to 300.i am little bit scar coz i also have retina problem.please help me.i have a strange fear from water actually whenever i go to take bath i fell fear from water i fell like i can't breath as i m in a swimming pool and can't swim but i using water bucket and mug and please tell me why it happened.sir now i m on hemodialysis too.sir i also want to know about kidney transplant all positive and negative points and if i need first blood sugar level in control then kidney transplant so please tell me why it necessary first and one more question i want a kidney donor but not from my family then that kidney work good or not and also what kind of tests are require before kidney transplant.if my family member donate kidney to me and after that donor will be ok as normal person or facing any problem please advice me sir one more thing when my dialysis start first time then i got common cold and cough it's near about 1 month and now cold is much batter but not cough 10 days before i consult a ENT doctor and he gave me 1 week madication but still i have problem sir i m uploading my ENT and my nephrologist prescription and reports.
